Visitors Must Comply as Follows:
*Sign in and out in the guest book.
*Engage in hand hygiene when entering and exiting the building.
*Be free of contagious disease.
*Conduct themselves in a manner that does not jeopardize the health or safety of others in the community. 
*Physical contact allowed when consensual. Social distance from other residents and staff is still encouraged.
*Anyone who may be immunocompromised is encouraged to follow their physician’s recommendation regarding mask usage. 
*Provide verbal or written consent of understanding our visitation policy. 

Visitation Hours:

*There are no restrictions to visitation hours, length of visit, or number of guests, except as detailed in our Resident Agreement.
*If visiting after business hours and you need assistance, call 850-944-8800.

***All staff are trained on visitation and infection control policies and procedures. Managers enforce adherence to these policies and procedures.***

We continue to follow recommendations from Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), and our internal infection control program.
