We believe that when the mind is happy and being stimulated, a person’s overall attitude and health is improved. Our activities coordinator personally meets with each resident upon moving in to discuss all of their interests. Residents can participate in as many activities as they like, or as few as they choose. Our programs are flexible and, as the residents’ interests evolve and change, so do the activities at Veranda. --- [![Calendar Icon](https://verandapensacola.com/hubfs/Calendar%20Icon.png) THE VERANDA ACTIVITY CALENDAR ](https://verandapensacola.com/hubfs/VerandaPensacola-June2021/Docs/Veranda-Activity-Calendar.pdf) Our residents are encouraged to participate in activities, but we understand that not everyone wants to be a social butterfly. Our morning exercise class is a great option for those who enjoy being around others, but may not like the lively parties or outings. We also offer residents the option to play different card and board games. For those who are interested in learning more about a wide variety of topics, we bring in fabulous and knowledgeable speakers.
