Resident surveys ensure we get it right
Pinnacle Quality Insight works with more than 2,700 care providers across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico to help them continuously evaluate and improve customer (resident) and employee experience. Only those organizations that rank in the top 15% are eligible to receive a Customer Experience Award.
To understand how residents actually feel about living at Veranda of Pensacola, Pinnacle conducts phone interviews with a representative sampling of individuals each month. Survey results, in the form of satisfaction scores and individual comments, are forwarded to Veranda of Pensacola, so we can immediately review the feedback and use what we learn to ensure life at Veranda is, indeed, a superior experience.
