Veranda of Pensacola is honored to be the recipient of Pinnacle’s 2021 Customer Experience AwardTM!
Pinnacle Quality Insight recognizes healthcare organizations for providing superior customer experiences, with an emphasis on quality. Over the course of 2020, a sampling of residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews and provided feedback about their experiences at the Veranda.
This award recognizes the Veranda in the categories of Quality of Food, Dining Services, and Transportation Needs, showcasing the amenities and world-class dining services provided to our residents.
Michele Tassin, our dedicated Executive Director, credits her employees for the honor, especially for their hard work during the COVID-19 pandemic. “We are thrilled to receive this award during such difficult times” says Tassin. “I give all of the credit to my amazing staff who always put the residents’ needs as top priority.”
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Veranda of Pensacola has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation.
