Crispy Fried Chicken and Waffles
Recipe
- 12 oz. Vegetable frying oil
- 1 oz. of Tabasco sauce (more if desired)
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoons Kosher Salt and Pepper mix
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 waffles
- Syrup to taste
