Delicious Crispy Crab Cakes


  • 1/2 lb Crab claws
  • 1/2 lb Lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Green onion, chopped
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp Thai curry paste


  • Mix ingredients together and form into patties
    (If the ingredients are too dry to form, add 1 tbsp Coconut milk)
  • Heat 1 tbsp Vegetable oil in pan and add cakes. Cook on both sides until done through.
