Delicious Crispy Crab Cakes
Recipe
- 1/2 lb Crab claws
- 1/2 lb Lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Green onion, chopped
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp Thai curry paste
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together and form into patties
(If the ingredients are too dry to form, add 1 tbsp Coconut milk) - Heat 1 tbsp Vegetable oil in pan and add cakes. Cook on both sides until done through.
